"At disposal" (*a disposizione*) means the car and chauffeur are yours for a block of time, with the itinerary decided as you go. It is the right format for meetings, shopping, viewings and anything where the schedule will move.
Indicative rates - **Half day (4 hours, up to 80 km)** — E-Class from €340, V-Class from €400, S-Class from €520. - **Full day (8 hours, up to 150 km)** — E-Class from €600, V-Class from €700, S-Class from €950. - Overtime beyond the block: charged per hour, agreed in advance, never applied silently. - Kilometres beyond the allowance: a per-km rate quoted up front.
What is included Fuel, tolls, ZTL and Area C permits, parking, the chauffeur's meals and any statutory rest, water and chargers. There is no fuel surcharge and no airport supplement on disposal bookings.

The two mistakes 1. **Booking transfers instead of disposal.** Three point-to-point transfers in one afternoon costs more than four disposal hours and leaves you waiting between them. 2. **Underestimating the block.** A Lake Como day from Milan is 10 hours door-to-door, not 8. Book the honest block; extending on the day is always more expensive than booking it right.
