Wedding ceremonies in the loggia, dinners on the terrace. €25,000–€45,000 facility fee plus exclusive-use surcharge. Books 12+ months ahead. **Villa Erba (Cernobbio)** — large-capacity (up to 500), grand 19th-century estate. Standard for serious weddings and corporate events. **Villa Pizzo, Villa Sola Cabiati, Villa Cipressi** — varying sizes, all event-friendly. Mid-budget weddings. **Private rentals** (Villa Lario, Villa Pliniana, Villa Passalacqua not the hotel) — exclusive-use weeks with event permission.
What an event needs - **Permits**: Como province issues event permits, including music license for amplified sound after 22:00. 4–6 weeks lead time. - **Catering**: rarely on-site. Standard partners include Bellavista Catering (Cernobbio) and Bartolotta (Milan-based, lake-experienced). - **Boats**: guest arrival by water is the standard.
